By using hotlisthomes.com, you agree to these Terms of Use. The website is operated by Pittswood LLC d/b/a HotListHomes.com. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

What we do

We share information about investment properties we have under contract. We are not a real estate brokerage acting as your agent and do not represent buyers. Any transaction is governed by its own written agreements, not by a website listing alone.

Property information is provided as-is

Property information is provided as-is for your independent review. Any photos, comparable sales, after-repair values (ARVs) or repair notes we share are estimates and opinions, may contain errors and can change.

Properties can sell or be withdrawn without notice. Buyers must do their own due diligence and inspections and rely on their own contractors, agents, attorneys and other professionals. Do not treat our information as a promise about condition, value, availability or a future outcome.

No offer of securities or professional advice

This website provides general information, not an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy any security or investment. Nothing on the site is legal, tax or financial advice.

Our private lending information describes relationships and general education only. Any discussion of a specific loan happens privately and is subject to its own agreement. Every loan involves risk, including loss of principal, and no return or outcome is guaranteed. Anyone considering lending should consult their own attorney and financial advisor. Using the site

Use the website only for lawful purposes. Do not scrape the site, send spam, submit false information, interfere with its operation or attempt to gain unauthorized access to private information.

HotListHomes.com Deal Alerts is operated by Pittswood LLC. Messages cover new deal alerts and updates on properties and inquiries.

• Opting in: Check the separate SMS consent checkbox on one of our forms after entering your optional phone. The checkbox is unchecked by default and is not required. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
• Frequency and costs: Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• Canceling: Text STOP to cancel. You will receive one confirmation message acknowledging your cancellation, after which program messages will stop unless you opt in again.
• Help: Text HELP for help or email hotlisthomes@gmail.com.
• Delivery: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Privacy: Read our Privacy Policy for how we handle mobile information and consent. We never share them for third-party or affiliate marketing.

Email communications and unsubscribing

When you join our buyers list, you ask to receive property deal emails. You can unsubscribe through the link in every deal email or by emailing hotlisthomes@gmail.com.

When you contact us or request a lender follow-up, we may reply by email. Unsubscribing from deal emails does not prevent a response to a new inquiry or necessary communications about a transaction.

Intellectual property

Site content belongs to Pittswood LLC, except material identified as belonging to others. You may review it for your own property research, but may not republish, sell or commercially reuse it without permission. Third-party content remains subject to its owner’s rights.
