Our approach

We give investors honest numbers and a clean process, because repeat buyers matter more to us than any single deal.

• Honest ARVs. We base after-repair values on recent nearby sales and never inflate them.
• Realistic repair numbers. We do not understate repairs to make a deal look better.
• Deals under contract. Many properties are already under contract when we send them, so you face less competition.
• Proper closings. Every deal closes through a title company or attorney's office.
